What works when removing Skin Tags?

Does wart removal herbal oil work when removing skin tags,I have one on my neck ,mine is really tiny. But i dont want to get it freezed off im not good with pain at all.Any suggestions?

I just had a very large one removed. I had no anesthesia – and I am not good with pain either!! The NP took a pair of very sharp scissors and quickly snipped. I hardly felt a thing. She then dabbed it with something to make it stop bleeding and that stung just a touch, not bad at all. If your skin tag is really tiny – it will be nothing to have it snipped. And it is better to have them off while they are still small.
